We believe in total pricing transparency. There are no hidden fees, no surprise surcharges, and no processing costs added after your order is placed. The shipping cost you see at checkout is exactly what you will be charged for. No more. 

Free Shipping, Orders of $110 & Above 

Customers whose order subtotal total reaches $110.00 or more automatically qualify for complimentary standard shipping at no additional cost. This benefit is applied automatically at checkout; no coupon code or promotional activation required. 

Free shipping is available on all qualifying orders delivered to supported destinations. We encourage our customers to consolidate their purchases whenever possible to take full advantage of this benefit and maximize savings on every order.

Order Processing & Dispatch 

3.1 Processing Timeline 

Once your order has been placed and payment is successfully confirmed, our pharmacy team begins processing your order promptly. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability and any required prescription verification. 

Prescription Orders 

Orders that require a valid prescription are subject to an additional verification step before dispatching. Our licensed pharmacists review all prescription-based orders to ensure full regulatory compliance and patient safety. This process may add 1–2 business days to your processing time. 

Order Confirmation 

Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, itemized charges, and your unique Order Reference Number. Please retain this confirmation for your records and for use when contacting customer support. 

Estimated Delivery Time 

Global Discount Drugs delivers to customers through a reliable international standard shipping network. Please plan your orders in advance, particularly for time-sensitive medications, to account for the estimated delivery window.

Working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of origin and the destination country. Delivery timelines are estimated and represent typical transit durations under standard conditions.

• Public Holidays: National or regional holidays in either the origin or destination country may affect transit times. 

• Remote Locations: Deliveries to rural or less accessible areas may experience slightly longer transit times.

Package Tracking 

Your Tracking Number 

Every order dispatched by Global Discount Drugs is assigned a unique Tracking Number. This number is your direct link to real-time updates on your shipment location and status throughout its journey to you. 

Your Tracking Number will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched from our facility. Please allow up to 48 hours (about 4 days) after dispatching tracking information to become active and visible in the carrier system.

Shipping Responsibility & Liability

Global Discount Drugs assumes full responsibility for your order from the moment it leaves our facility until it is successfully delivered to your specified shipping address. Damaged or Tampered Packages 

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or in a compromised condition, please do not discard the packaging materials. Document the condition of the package with photographs and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate the matter thoroughly and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a full refund, at our discretion. 

Lost Shipments 

If a shipment is confirmed lost during transit, determined after a full investigation with the carrier has been conducted, Global Discount Drugs will take complete responsibility for re-shipping the order at no additional cost to the customer, or will issue a full refund for the affected order, based on your preference. 

Incorrect Delivery Address 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at the time of ordering is accurate and complete. Global Discount Drugs cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses submitted by the customer. In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply. 

Customs & Import Duties 

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Global Discount Drugs has no control over customs regulations and cannot predict or guarantee whether such charges will be applied.

Packaging & Discreet Delivery
