Free Shipping, Orders of $110 & Above
Customers whose order subtotal total reaches $110.00 or more automatically qualify for complimentary standard shipping at no additional cost. This benefit is applied automatically at checkout; no coupon code or promotional activation required.
Free shipping is available on all qualifying orders delivered to supported destinations. We encourage our customers to consolidate their purchases whenever possible to take full advantage of this benefit and maximize savings on every order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Prescription Orders

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost during transit, determined after a full investigation with the carrier has been conducted, Global Discount Drugs will take complete responsibility for re-shipping the order at no additional cost to the customer, or will issue a full refund for the affected order, based on your preference.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at the time of ordering is accurate and complete. Global Discount Drugs cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses submitted by the customer. In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply.
Customs & Import Duties
