How Does Penegra Work?
Penegra contains Sildenafil Citrate, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that relaxes blood vessels in the penile region, enhances blood flow, making it easier to get an erection when sexually aroused, and blocks PDE5 enzymes, which helps sustain the erection for a longer duration.
Important: Penegra only works with sexual stimulation and does not increase sexual desire.
How to Use Penegra ?
Take one tablet (50mg or 100mg) with a glass of water 30 to 60 minutes before planned sexual activity. Do not exceed one dose per 24 hours. Penegra can be taken with or without food, but fatty meals may delay its effects. Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet; swallow it whole.
Side Effects
Common side effects include Headache, Dizziness, Flushing (redness of the skin), Nasal congestion, and Upset stomach. Serious side effects requiring medical attention include Sudden vision or hearing loss, Chest pain or irregular heartbeat, Prolonged erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism), Severe dizziness or fainting.
Drug Interactions
Penegra can interact with Nitrate-based medications (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide) which can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure, Alpha-blockers used for prostate or blood pressure treatment, Certain antifungal and antibiotic medications (e.g., ketoconazole, erythromycin), Other PDE5 inhibitors (e.g., Tadalafil, Vardenafil), and Alcohol and grapefruit juice, as they may reduce effectiveness and increase side effects.
Contraindications
Penegra should not be used by men allergic to Sildenafil or any of its components, patients with serious heart, kidney, or liver conditions, those taking nitrate medications for chest pain or heart disease, and individuals with low blood pressure or recent history of stroke or heart attack.
