Ketoprofen (Generic Orudis ) works by blocking the production of a chemical (prostaglandin) which the body produces in response to injury or certain diseases.

Generic Orudis is contraindicated in patients, who are hypersensitive to this drug, medications that belong to this class of drugs or had an allergic reaction to it in the past.
