This can damage the blood vessels of the brain, heart, and kidneys resulting in a stroke, heart failure, or kidney failure. High blood pressure may also increase the risk of heart attacks.

Generic Losol is contraindicated in patients, who are hypersensitive to this drug, medications that belong to this class of drugs or had an allergic reaction to it in the past.
Generic Lozol should not be taken by patients who have a history of the following ailment conditions.

kidney disease, small amounts of urine, or difficulty passing urine
liver disease
low blood levels of potassium, chloride, or sodium
thyroid disease

The usual recommended dosage of Generic Lozol for hypertension is 1.25 milligrams as a single daily dose taken in the morning.If Generic Lozol does not seem to be working, the doctor may gradually increase the dosage up to 5 milligrams taken once a day.

Some of the most serious Generic Lozol side Effects include blurred vision,
change in the amount or frequency of urination, dry mouth, increased thirst, irregular heartbeat (palpitations),mood changes, muscle cramps or spasm, nausea, vomiting and seizures (convulsions).
