Generic Ilosone is indicated for the tretment of a variety of bacterial infections such as tonsillitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, whooping cough, Legionnaire's disease, chalmydia, gonorrhea, rheumatic fever, veneral disease; lungs, urinary tract, ear, intestine and skin infections. Erythromycin (Generic Ilosone) works by preventing bacteria from producing proteins that are essential to their growth.
