Generic Estradiol is indicated to relieve symptoms of vaginal irritation and dryness and urinary tract irritation that occurs in some women during menopause. Estradiol (Generic Estradiol) contains a natural estrogen female hormone, essential for maintaining normal female functions normally produced by the ovaries. After menopause, the ovaries decrease their production of this hormone.
Generic for Estradiol Contraindications and Drug Interactions
Generic Estradiol is contraindicated in patients, who are hypersensitive to this drug, medications that belong to this class of drugs or had an allergic reaction to it in the past.

The following information just highlights the general average dosage of GenericEstradiol The usual recommended dosage of Generic Estradiol for Urogenital symptoms is one Estradiol vaginal ring is to be inserted as deeply as possible into the upper one-third of the vaginal vault. The ring is to remain in place continuously for three months, after which it is to be removed and, if appropriate, replaced by a new ring. The need to continue treatment should be assessed at 3 or 6 month intervals.
