The usual recommended dosage of Generic Droxia for Sickle Cell Anemia is 15 mg once daily. Base dosage will be on the smaller of ideal or actual body weight. The increase dose will be gradually to the maximum tolerated dose or to 35 mg/kg/day.
Generic for Droxia Adverse Effects
Some of the most serious Generic Droxia side Effects include low blood counts, signs of infection - fever or chills, cough, sore throat, pain or difficulty passing urine, signs of decreased platelets or bleeding - bruising, pinpoint red spots on the skin, black, tarry stools, blood in the urine and signs of decreased red blood cells.
