Indications
Improve blood flow
Cyclandelate is used to widen blood vessels and improve blood flow. It is used to treat various blood vessel diseases (e.g Claudication, arteriosclerosis and Raynaud's disease) and night time leg cramps.
Cyclandelate Contraindications and Drug Interactions
Cyclandelate is contraindicated in patients, who are hypersensitive to this drug, medications that belong to this class of drugs or had an allergic reaction to it in the past.
Drugs used to treat high blood pressure and other heart conditions may increase the effects of Cyclandelate. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any prescription or over-the-counter medicines.
Cyclandelate Dosage

The usual recommended dosage of Cyclandelate for poor blood circulation is 1.2 to 1.6 grams a day. This is taken in divided doses before meals and at bedtime. Then, the doctor will gradually lower the dose to 400 to 800 milligrams (mg) a day. This is divided into two to four doses.
Cyclandelate Adverse Effects
Some of the most serious Cyclandelate side Effects include difficulty breathing, closing of the throat, swelling of the lips, tongue, or face, or hives.
