The usual recommended dosage of Generic Biaxin for bacterial infections may be given with or without food.
For Acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis due to:
S. pneumoniae the dosage of Generic Biaxin is 250 mg for 7 to 14 Days.
M. catarrhalis the dosage of Generic Biaxin is 250 mg for 7 to 14 Days.
H. influenzae the dosage of Generic Biaxin is 500 mg for 7 to 14 Days.
Generic for Biaxin Adverse Effects
Some of the most serious Generic Biaxin side Effects include difficulty breathing
redness, blistering, peeling or loosening of the skin, including inside the mouth
severe or watery diarrhea, skin rash, itching, swelling of tongue or throat, vomiting
and yellow color of eyes, skin, or urine.

Generic for Biaxin and Pregnancy
