It is applied to the skin to treat mild to moderate acne or to treat the effects of aging on the face, such as fine lines, wrinkles, or "age spots". Tretinoin (Generic Altinac) also helps the skin to renew itself more quickly and therefore reduces pimple and blackhead formation, and may improve the appearance and texture of the skin.

The following information just highlights the general average dosage of GenericAltinac The usual recommended dosage of Generic Altinac is 45 mg/m2/day administered as two evenly divided doses until complete remission is documented. Therapy should be discontinued 30 days after achievement of complete remission or after 90 days of treatment, whichever occurs first.
