Generic Accupril is indicated for the treatment of high blood pressure. Hypertension is a common disorder in which the blood pressure remains abnormally high. Accupril works by reducing the angiotensin I chemical in the blood. Quinapril (Generic Accupril) also improves the flow of blood through the circulatory system.
