Generic Cytotec is contraindicated in patients, who are hypersensitive to this drug, medications that belong to this class of drugs or had an allergic reaction to it in the past.

Epilepsy
Inflammatory bowel disease

The usual recommended dosage of Generic Cytotec for stomach ulcers is 200 mcg four times daily with food. If this dose cannot be tolerated, a dose of 100 mcg can be used
